Rue Anemone
Thalictrum thalictroides

Height: 4-8 in
Spread: 6-8 in
Bloom Time: March-May
Sunlight: Part Shade to Shade
Soil Moisture: Medium, Dry
Life Cycle: Perennial

The ¾ inch wide flowers of Rue Anemone are white or pink-tinged, blooming above the waxy leaves in March to May. Unlike many spring flowering woodland plants, this species keeps its leaves for months after its bloom time. The visitors to this species, including bees and native flies, collect pollen rather than nectar. Rue Anemone is a short shade species that grows up to 8 inches tall. Deer Resistant.
