Plant Species for Very Dry Soil, Part Shade or Shade

These species are a good fit for wooded areas and other shaded sites with very dry, well-drained soil. All species listed below thrive in partially shaded environments and wooded settings where there is dappled light throughout the day. Some of the species listed below grow well in deep shade also.
