The blue/purple spikes of Great Blue Lobelia have flowers that are one inch wide that bloom from the bottom of the spike upwards. Plants typically have one flower stalk with leaves at the base. The nectar and pollen is primarily used by bumble bees, long-tongued bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Great Blue Lobelia thrives in wet areas with consistent moisture. Deer Resistant.
