Hyssop-leaf Thoroughwort
Eupatorium hyssopifolium

Height: 2-3 ft
Spread: 1-2 ft
Bloom Time: August-October
Sunlight: Full Sun to Part Shade
Soil Moisture: Medium, Dry, Very Dry
Life Cycle: Perennial

The foliage of Hyssop-leaf Thoroughwort consists of narrow leaves that have a delicate appearance and grow in whorls around the stems. This upright branching perennial grows up to 3 feet tall and blooms in August to October. Its numerous small white flowers bloom in flat-topped groups at the top of the plant, creating a fuzzy look. Eupatoriums are pollinator magnets and attract a wide diversity of insects during their bloom time, including non-aggressive native wasps. After the blooms are finished, fluffy white seedheads form and are dispersed by the wind. Deer Resistant.
