​Life Cycle: Perennial

An early-blooming sun species, Philadelphia Fleabane has prolific flowers that are white to pink and have numerous petals. Its blooms are loved by a variety of insects, especially bees, flies, beetles, and mid to small size butterflies like Painted Ladies and Red Admirals. This plant has short-lived individual stalks but persists as a perennial by its rhizomatous nature.
