Yarrow is an upright perennial of open places, with flat topped heads that are comprised of many small white (or occasionally light pink) flowers. Among the longest blooming of plants, it can flower for an extended period of time, beginning in spring and continuing into the fall months. Its foliage is finely-dissected and fern-like, emitting a fragrance when crushed. Many species of insects use Yarrow, including native solitary wasps, bees, and small butterflies. Deer Resistant.
